All orders placed by November 30th 2007 will be posted by December 7th 2007.

All letters will be sent Royal Mail 1st class.

Due to the volume of letters to post, we are unable to obtain a certificate of posting.

Letters will be sent out in the order that they were purchased, the earlier you place your order, the earlier it will be posted.

Unfortunately the Royal Mail do occasionally misplace letters, so if you do not receive a letter that has been ordered, please inform us at enquiries@specialsantaletters.co.uk and we will post another letter out. We can however only offer this guarantee on orders originally placed by Friday 7th December.

The last posting date for Christmas delivery is 20th December 2007, but to avoid possible disappointment, the last day that orders will be accepted will be 14th December 2007.
